I did a little research on USDA loans and anything that is in white is eligible for USDA financing. That means you won't have to come up with any down payment. That's right. ZERO down payment.

The Maximum income you can have is around $90,000 per year. But there are other factors that can make this vary.

Hi all, we went to flea market and big lots. 7 buckets for the tomatoes and 4 bags moisture control dirt. 7 planted. 5 more to figure out. + 12 marigolds. no grass again today. Tons of pain
