I'm not a landlord, but I would think if he furnished the range, he should be responsible for making sure it works.

Maybe there is landlord here that can answer my question.... If I am renting a 'furnished' house, is the landlord responsible for making sure that all of the burners are working on the kitchen range?
does it say furnished on your contract ? then yes, he is responsible. No wafers again today. :( I did get a self-propelled vacuum for 100 dollars from big lots. sears was trying to pull a fast one. the red one i looked at 2 days ago was 116. today it was on sale for 159. a savings of 40 dollars ! I not only told them it was morally wrong but illegal as well. with arms waving i told them where they could put their vacuum. 200 for a 100 dollar vacuum ? Sears used to be a nice place to shop.

you guys have me up way past my bedtime and i didnt realize how that sounded til i reread it. :th Campingshaws is planning on sending my dd some things for her house and for baby !!  I am so blessed to have such wonderful backup for my family. the grandson that has been helping with the chickens informed him mom and dad today that he plans on staying here with me. he said "nana needs me more then you do " I about fell out of my chair with the looks on their faces. surprised me as well.  What can i say? grannys got the cookies.  I told him his mom and dad absolutely do need him and if he does well in school he can spend the night on the weekends.  I am just so happy they will be close. I didnt expect it.
How did I miss this post. So sweet that your little chicken keeper wanted to stay with you.

Glad you found a vacuum today granny and way to stand up for yourself with Sears. Frustrated with life today, trying to get a little ahead and then something always breaks. Had to pick hubby up from work, his truck is in the shop. While driving home he got a call from the shop fixing his truck. It will be $1700.00 when its all said and done. The sad part is its an older 4x4 that he still owes money on and now more expense

Hello everyone. I had a stressful morning.

One of my rabbits, Tom had to be rushed to the vet. He has pneumonia and is on antibiotics. I am praying for him to recover soon.
