I find sometimes mine will start aching for no reason then i go outside (away from the air con.) and they magically stop.

I'm sad to see them go but she was a lovely lady who came for them, really nice and I'm sure they will have a great home. On a plus side she also took 2 chicks 
Lol twisted, my lady's are very trimlined, not the fat and sassy gals. I just have tons of Juvies that are eating feed like a house afire. Sad, made a stupid decision to try my girls out free ranging again after Sundays predator attack. Not a smart choice, whatever it is, is attacking in broad daylight & carries the prey away. Just a pile of feathers remain. It has to be fox or Coyote. It has the edge of the woods to lay in wait for one of the hens to go out there. Darn thing got another one of my good layersOMG gpne 2 days and 11 hours and only 256 posts to read then byc kept freezing up do "to long running script" thankyou so much BYC.
@ chickenlady- ready somewhere that if your hens are do fat they don't lay as well and well go broody. Maybe weightwatchers for the girls??
