The only place on my property that is not lit up by street lights is my front yard. Between the road and the yard fence is an 8 foot tall shrub that is very dense. I have been known to walk the dogs while not wearing any clothes. . . .

only way to cool off lol..i couldnt stand clothes,gowns or anything tight fitting,,to this day i can't..so i'm a 67 year old granny that still wears tank tops and shorts

Hi everyone, busy catching up on pages of post. You guys are busy little bees lol.

Twisted - Sorry about the road commission giving you fits over your fence. Dang gov always needs to stick their noses into something. Just sorry its up your bum All kidding aside, it stinks that they are forcing you to keep moving fence lines. Wanted to thank you for posting the pickle recipe. Pretty certain it would taste similar to what I'm making that takes 2 weeks to make. I will have to try your recipe soon.

Yorkshire - Can empathize with you over the weather. We have been getting rain for the past 5 days. Our temps have been in the late 50's. My chicken runs are pure black mud. All the old shaving I thru out in the runs this past winter have all composted down to dirt. Will need to purchase something to put in the runs to make it until the ground freezes.

Granny - glad to hear that your getting a few projects accomplished. I am 271.5 miles from Taylor MI. I definitely would like to meet up sometime to get you a new Swedish flower hen & roo. Is your toe-less roo crested or uncrested. I think I remember this past winter someone scalped him. Well got to head out and play in the mud for a bit. Oh almost forgot, my app won't let me upload pictures again so apparently when I deleted the messed up update last week it also deleted the one from the week before that had fixed the picture share feature GRRRR......

I was asking from taylor because my step daughter is coming up on the 4th. a little too far to catch a ride on to here i guess. If we have a chicken reunion I wouldnt pick taylor Mi. We would need somewhere with room to BBQ and maybe pitch a tent for the ones that could stand sleeping outside still. I couldnt.
I just used a rubber check to get gas. they are having a gas war and it $1.95 right now. Ran into DD and got her to pump for me. LOL I almost didnt make it home. Didnt realize my sugar was dropping . Made it to the driveway and thats where Tom found me. I dont remember much after that til sitting at the table 1/2 hr. later wondering how I got there and what was that delicious taste in my mouth. It was chocolate pudding cup. I am assuming it was fed to me. hahaa
