Did some leftover of a shredded chicken slow cooker tasty dish, hubs likes it with pasta but since he was on that road call, I just made a bunch of quinoa...so leftovers for me for lunch tomorrow and the girls will get a bunch too (deliberately made too much quinoa cause I wanted to get rid of it lol)
