Everything is prepped and orange jello with celery , carrots , pineapple, pecans setting up in fridge. So just make pies in morning and the Stuffing clean the bird out and fill both his cavities. fold his wings under him and away he goes. Then drain the spuds fresh water and boil before mashing with hot butter and cream. Take boyd out let him rest and make the gravy. Crap forgot to make the green been casserole tonight guess I will do that latter and pull out some garden beets from freezer for the other veggie. I am not fond of green bean casserole.
