I've spent the past 2 days wandering the countryside on Zillow hunting for a new place to land. I sure must be picky! I refuse to be house poor when we retire, so that limits things. Wandered around Texas, NC, SC, and AZ.

He doesn't have mine either Mutt lol. We are skipping the big people gifts this year, but still have the kiddos. Plus this year a lot of unexpected expenses. It is what it is. If we can't swing it, I will just wait. Its not like it would be the first time lol
