I swear, I still have my step fathers ashes here and no idea what to do with them. He didnt want them kept and I dont want to keep them knowing that. Mom wouldnt do anything with them.  He said the ocean then he said his back yard. I dont have access to either.

I'm not sure what he wanted to happen to his ashes, I'm sure we will find out though. Probably scattered on the fields and ploughed into his crops. His son and wife are now going to run the farm so I think something like that would be most appropriate.

Why not scatter your step fathers ashes in your yard or somewhere scenic? At least it would be done then.

Hi York, it looks like its 5pm here. Has been dark & rainy all morning. Went back to bed lol. Now I need to kick my butt in gear & get something done today Have a nice evening York!

I will try Lisa!! I'm not surprised you went back to bed!! I really could have done that this morning when I set out to do Harry horse at 6.45am. Was no fun trudging through the mud in the dark. I swear he picked all the puddles to splash me with too

Not sure what laws are there for you but over here I think you can scatter them where you like.

Burial and cremation don't appeal to me at all. Either way I will be leaving strict instructions for it to be a party and nothing morbid. Things like today make you think of the future or at least it has me today. Not a happy subject I know, sorry for depressing you all.

Privet property maybe or state owned parks. they could call it littering maybe ? illegal disposal of human remains. if they want to they will get you somehow. LOL It just dont seem right to release them without some words being said. Did you see the ashes they turn you into a tree ? I think thats pretty cool.

I've not seen the tree ones but it sounds very interesting. How do they do that?
I've seen the ones where they can turn ashes into a gem stone and you can have it set in a ring or as necklace. That's what I'm going to have done with Harry when his time comes. That way he will always be with me.
