300 miles to step-DD in Mi and its a 5 1/2 hr. drive. I havent been yet since i moved here in 07/08 because its too far .

I'm here! We've been out all evening, then I had to drive home because DH has tooth pain.

DH has a men's group that meets twice a month, and as a group they adopted a family through Angel Tree. Three kids, each wants a bike, and other stuff. We were bike hunting/buying/assembling today. Those boys are going to be so happy!!

My kids were awful, and I've been off my meds, but I got the chickens sold by phone. The guy said he's so excited to adopt them, which is just precious to me. Bless his little heart.

that's wonderful. I love seeing people caring about others. You'll all be blessed. We need more people in the world like this. Make me feel good to have a group of friends that's so thoughtful and caring
