I was trying to get granny to tease twist and it kinda backfired

1 cup sugar
1 cup unsalted butter -No Substitutions
1 egg
2 tsp. Vanilla, lemon or almond flav.
1/4 salt
2 2/3 cup AP flour

Be sure to chill dough, only take out the amount you are rolling out or using in a cookie press. Otherwise it will get sticky.
