I sold three this morning, all mixes. The guy drove over 2 hours to get them. The others are mixes, too. POL pullets are going $20-25 around here for full breeds. So I figured $15 was fair for mixed. Eggs are eggs. They look like sexlinks, so I should just be unscrupulous and call them that.

The guy didn't want any extras. I would have cut him a good deal on Easter eggers.

wait are you down sizing or up sizing  I thought you just got more chickens for egg ??  I am confused. 

Down sizing. I was being sentimental and keeping babies because I liked their mama. But they're just too crowded. This guy has a big run between two fig trees, so they're going to be super happy and spoiled.

Camping I think you should sell your birds for whatever you want to sell them for. sounds like a good price to me. You run across people looking for something for nothing all the time. The world is full of people like that. anything they can get.
