Okay, well heres my opinion... if you really want it... You should ALWAYS be looking for a new job even if it is with a company you love.. the only time you dont is if you are self employed and can put that energy into yourself.. this sounds selfish.. but remember you are not working for your coworkers or managerss. you are working for CEO and the like that really dont give a ****.. You have to be kind of selfish.

Is this enough to participate? Should I wrap it up in tinsel? I usually ask my BFF these things, but she's sleeping.
Camping I can't see the pic but tinsel scattered about would definitely make it uglier. Just don't pattern it out.

Nope, just way older and played the game way longer. If you're in it for a promised credential, set a timeline for them to produce it. Don't chase a baited hook. Always work on plan B and keep it updated. Resume, contacts, networking, etc. Work toward your goal, not powdering someone else's butt in hopes of recognition.
