It's close to 9:30 here and I haven't had supper, so I'm gonna sign off. It was so nice to have a bit of time to catch up! Juvenile Hall all day tomorrow then back to scraping popcorn ceilings on Thurs.
To recap: It's farking freezing! Warmer everywhere but here! (except Twist). It's farking windy!
One quick chicken question: One of my BO's always has a poopy but. Other 16 hens are fine. Slightle pale comb and wattles, very active, no symptoms other than always stuck on poopy but. Had to bath it again today. Not good, as it'll be 29 here tonight and my coop isn't at all closed in or warm. Why would one hen have poopy but?

Have you wormed her? Try some probiotics, and if that doesn't help, maybe worming will.

Possum (My guinea pig) Broke off another nail form trying to jump onto is castle with his other wobbly foot. Now, for the seccond day, I am coverd in Guniea pig blood and Corntarch. Possum has now been placed into a padded cage until he can stop harming himself. Sorry baby!
