Yours looks better than mine, but great minds think alike. Was also going to do cornbread, then I remembered about my oven. My grandmas cornbread recipe is called Johnycake. Its a bit sweeter & more moist than traditional cornbread. I love it with real butter & strawberry freezer jam on it

back again  mixed up the second round of cookies  friend is bringing over KFC  (I think she hit the lottery)  and then will bake and visit or play games while she is here.  Yeppers  gonna be busy putting in and taking out of the Oven     nice and warm it will be.    Think I will use and oven mitt.    so I don't get burned
