ok back I get foot cramps occasionally but since my toes are double jointed it doesn't really hurt when they decide to point straight up in the air. I just walk funny.

wearing old worn out shoes no arch support will do it or the wrong type of arch support pinches a nerve in the bottom of my foot. I fall upstairs a lot or used to , must make sure to get at least the ball of my foot on the stairs, but it tends to amuse other watching me LOL

You had to make her feel sorry for you by using your toe cramps didn't you seriously though, hope you cramps eases off. I know that hurts. My big toes sometimes wants to go under. Uhh the pain.
