Can't even imagine... And my kids think we have it rough cause we all share one bathroom

We had an outhouse, wood burning stove for heat, wood burning stove to cook on in winter time, and a cistern. In the summertime we went to the creek to bathe. The kids next door and us made 15 kids. Some of the older ones didn't come with us. We would be nekked as J birds. There was a bridge with the county road going over it. When someone drove by, we sat down in the water and waved like we were crazy.

I would just like to share a vid of Charlie clay shooting today with his Dad. He did really well and hit all the clays including some bits of broken clay!!

goodness, I'm trying to remember ever taking a bath during the summer, unless we were going to church. I spent so much time every day, in some type of water.either we were swimming in a stock tank, or swimming in a stock pond, or down to the river swimming, or I was in hot water.
