limited rights, its set forth right away. that contract may not be an updated one, there is a line item on the first page that calls that out.

I dont understand Sally. I guess my question is how can you even know if they are breeding the dogs or not and after the dog is sold and papers in their names is there any legal rights to breeder if they are mated ?

not if the akc registration is limited then you can NOT register the litter.

kid named her... I want to keep her. I am studying a line breeding at the moment, so we shall see what I decide and if I really will keep her.

so you give them papers with limited and they cant reg. any pups from her ? I have always wondered how that worked. I wish I had got pups from my star, she is such a great dog. and now she is getting up there .
