On the bright side you can do more with leftover ham and cabbage then you can Swedish meatballs and mashed taters.

I made mashed potato pattys today . LOL

I like to reheat the mashed taters (in micro) then add ranch dressing to them.
Who am I kidding I just like mashed taters, any way I can get them as long as butter was used and not the liguid/solid plastic they call margarine

I cook for every holiday and then every one's birthdays. They are given a list of entre options for their bday and then choice of pie or cake, That is my bday gift to them.

Oh no! I thought the coops were way up high. Are the chickens ok? Not much you can do about the flooded coops is there? Do they dry out pretty well? And is Ol Mare ok? I didn't have time to catch up 1400 posts.

Got my snack, went to the sun porch, turned on the flood lights. We started out with a dusting of snow this p.m. we have about 5 inches now grr... Sure hope we don't get freezing rain now. Makes it so hard to move the snow. I was so hoping & praying that I wouldn't have to get the snowblower out this year
