never had it.. I grew up with my mom saying it was slimey. LOL just to find out she eats it all the time... me thinks she told fibs.

I grow it in my garden. Cut it up. Stir in an egg then cornmeal. Freeze. Fry in fry daddy til golden brown. Eat immedialy. Tender in middle.
