the applesauce came out FAB almost thick enough it could double as apple-butter not sure about the 2 batches od apple jelly I made yesterday not yet anyway 1 batch was with the juice from baking the apples and the other was from store bought cider. The cider one is much lighter in color.

I use the peal and the core.

That would be so cool Red, better start building coops right now. Hatching is so addictive. I'm sticking to the Silkies at the moment. It limits the numbers I can churn out

I'm really hoping I get it. I have some 2x4s so I'll probably start on another soon. Even if they decided to keep it Imma build one and tell pearl, you know, we've got an empty coop and it's just sitting there.

Kinda boring. No new loans came in. Refrained from injuring loud mouth know-it-all. Another day at the salt mine.

I have probably hatched a couple thousand chicks using Little Giant styrofoam incubators. At one time I had 3 incubators running and one as a hatcher. Hatched a lot of sex links and my Araucana project birds.
