you have 2 SFH  pullets right???  has the other started to lay yet ??? 

I have 2 yes, I have not caught her in the nest box, so I can't say for sure. I think she is, I have been getting 2 eggs just like the one today. I just haven't caught her laying it. Maybe I'll switch the camera over to the laying coop & try to catch her laying.

Got the roof going up! They found some leftover tin in one of the barns, and it's brown. but it's free! It's looking way more like a chicken coop now. I also had my dates wrong; they won't be back til early Feb. I'm hoping we can get some siding up while they're gone.

Speaking of the color green... Here's my kitchen counter right now. The counters were here when we moved in, but all the canisters are mine. I also have this set:

Those are the same eggs, just on different sides of the stove.

That went just fine. haha A few rough edges but that just means If the kids try to mess with it they will only do it once.. I cryed lika a baby because Tom helped me with screwing the plexi on.( silicone sucked ) and he was in here just a few ago screaming with charlie horses in both hands and cant even rub them. That broke my heart..
I blew my knee out or something. went to sit and got a really bad pain in it and now it feels like its on fire  and starting to sweel up. I got in the floor and oldest GS Pulled me up. I guess I did something then..

That taxidermist has quit. And unfortunately my saw that I used to make the plaque got stolen by a crack head. They stole most of my expensive tools and I don't have the money to replace them

yes. I always keep the wasted casing that I shot them with.

I think you would have to clear that with both Pearl and Your hubby

it is currently a balmy 6 above with wind chill feels like -8 Still haven't shut my window and had to remover a cover last night to hot to sleep. Must have been thinking about the twist sandwich with a dog blanket and cats used to fill in the gaps.

They are 31 weeks today, so Im thinking they started to lay 3-4 weeks ago.

Ohhh my goodness. I think you are my long lost baby sister... I love your set!!!! and eggs by the way. You are trapped in the 50s and 60s like I am.
