Pickled eggs recipe
3 parts cider vinegar
1 part water- For red eggs use beet juice
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon canning salt
12 boiled eggs peeled
Place peeled eggs in large glass jar. Boil all other ingredients. Remove bay leaves. Pour over eggs and put lid on jar. Store in frigerator for 3 weeks before eating.
