I was going to ask "what unpacking?" Then I Renee my mom gave me a serger, and a bread maker, and a few bolts of fabric, and a stack of pattern books, and some mixing bowls. So now the real question is "how did you know?!"

Hi guys just letting you know I'm catching up.. Had sick kids at home.

Hi Sally! I almost set the house on fire the other night! Tried to put too long a piece of firewood in our wood stove. By the time I realized there was no way it would fit so I could shut the stove door, the pitch had oozed out and poof!, it burst into flames. (Darn pine wood!) So here I am running across the room in my jammies holding a flaming log!

Tossed it out on the concrete just in time! Then had to leave the door open for an hour to get the smoke out! (Sort of defeats the purpose of having a fire in the first place. ) Luckily, everybody had gone to bed, so there were no witnesses to my stupidity. Although hubs saw the evidence the next morning, so busted!

Ohhhhh no.... Had a house fire two years ago on Halloween night... Scariest night of my life. My oldest child saved my second child by pulling him out a window... The only time I have seen Devin break down and cry.
