Good afternoon folks.... Been a long day but it ended up being good cause I was just tickled with receiving an awesome gift from my little brother!!!! @LocalYokel. You are a sweet heart!!! Plan to sport the belt soon and my DH is digging the other gift.

   Hope the appeal works out.  Don't like to wish bad for anyone, but that judge needs to feel some pain. 

I agree wishing. He also asked me why I didn't have both of my hearing aids. I told him one quit and I had no money to replace it. He basically called me lazy and said asked why haven't I tried to get Medicaid to get me another one. I told him that they wouldn't buy hearing aids. He disputed me until my lawyer stood up and told him that in the state of NC Medicaid doesn't cover hearing aids. Them darn things close me 6 thousand dollars. I don't have that kinda money laying around.
