I did! It's in Pop's case a disgusting lack of planning and communication. This rehab center isnt; the one I wanted him in, but has great ratings. Totally their fault for spilling the urinal on his phone, but their defense was that they had no orders from his surgeon or the hospital to allow him to get out of bed. Farking mess it is.

That's awful and seems to be common. This place should be good but apparently his ins or the dr or the hospital dropped the ball. Nuff about that. What about the SNOW???
