That's painful, got some on me making when I was making mine this year. I've got to get a better pan before I make it again.

and each batch takes about 20 minutes of stiring I did 10 of them this year.

buy the time all of the fudge , carmels and cookies are done I have a callous on the side of my index finger and blisters on my hand/arm from exploding carmel.
