Do those have plastic liners in the bottom like a hovabator? Is it cracked?

I have seen almost a film build up on top of the water in the channels before,really will lower the humidity.

9200. No liners. Not cracked. I gave it a few good scrubs before warming it up, then set it in the sun a few hours.
