There is no co-pay. You pay the entire bill. That's what the deductible is.
The deductible is for major medical. Routine Dr. visits have a co-pay and that is applied to your deductible is you should ever need to.

The 10k deductible is for major surgery. If you have to have major surgery without insurance you will be bankrupt. Unless you can afford 100k out of pocket....

They can't get what you ain't got. My step dad had to get this insurance and is now paying more for dr visits and instead of a thousand dollar deductible he has a six thousand dollar deductible.
