Undeveloped land I take it? Is there a road to it or easement access?

acreage can still be found here for 2-3 thousand an acre . from the farmers .

There is an access point. Electricity up to road. It isn't cleared at all. But the similar properties around are 75000. The seller is out of state and doesn't want to deal with it.
