It not only just the right.. There just have been more right than left... But it could be a long going serial thing I suppose.. But we also get all the sea discard from Japan on our shores so that would be hard to prove.

@twisted-acres-farm Just wanted to tell you how proud of you I am. Cutting down to a pack a day is huge, great job!! I have given up sweets, as hubby buys 3 boxes of Klondike bars lol. The amazing thing, its not bothering me though.

thankyou a the moment it's not to bad as more a matter of being "aware" of when/how often YEP turning into a clock watcher. That's like the no meat on Friday's seems harder on those of us in a landlocked area. And of course that is the one day of the week that I really CRAVE/WANT a nice med-rare steak or roast . Good luck with your chicken lady.
