omg, you guys ! Ok , my memory is bad , we all know this . When was the last time my chickens were sick with respiratory ? I havent needed the denaguard in a while. They have had, falls, broken bones , worms, One has a tumor or such... frost bite. cocci .. I said bye to 3 roos today. all the healthy ones !

The silkie, lakenvelder, and Sgt. Murdock. they were mean, every one of them. swedish flower is hunkered down in the corner of the coop . Dont know if he is worse or hiding from me. I moved his son to the big coop. The only thing that can breed my polish now is another polish unless they squat very low for the micro serama roos I have in there.
 
Working on project toterhome. Or rather hubs is, I've done my part (vacuum out the front cab) not much else I can do...

Man the amount of sunflower seeds, cigarette butts and other random grossness...shudder
 
Granny, the respiratory problem is there to stay. Most of your chickens have had their round with the illness. And yes, the Denegard helps them to hide the fact that the illness is still there. But, it is still there. It is going to continue to cause your chickens to be sick.

thats what I saying though enola, I havent needed the denagurd in a very long time. Please dont think I am trying to argue, I am trying to understand.

If there hasnt been any eye bubbles or meds giving dont you wonder if it has been "breed out" of them ? I read where someone did. It was never diagnosed by anyone except me.

I have added new chickens including the tolbunts and they did get sick but it was cocci.

"bred out" So the original sick chickens are all gone? Died or culled?
