I just saw a yummy recipe I want to try this week when the sun shows up. Flatten small cuts of pork tenderloin hammered flat.. Filled with seasoned cream chease savory and sweet.. Rolled up and wrapped in thick back. Put on skewered, dipped in soy sauce and grilled for about 15 minutes... Oh that sounds like heaven.

Funny thing is I haven't even seen him show any interest at all until today with my silkie. My rir roo dances for it too. Maybe they can't figure out it's sex neither?
