I am going to miss my dr. He calls all hours of the night just to see how i am feeling. I pawn eggs off on him.  He asked me today if I knew what trigger points are. then he took his thumb on my back and I bout pisssed myself. hurt bad. He said I better stop befor I get elbowed . anyway my pain is muscle. the pills they gave me at er are crap (his words)  . He started me on BP meds today too.   200/98

What kind of prognosis did he give on your pain???

he wants me to take the muscle relaxers . He said this one muscl , because it is flat tnds to go into knots, like there are just little balls in my back and sometimes it wont relax. He hopes if I take these pills it will smooth out. He showed me a couple things to do to stretch them as well.

Actually the milk can help them by coating the intestine

You have to watch how much tho, I always do vent checks anyway!
