it depends on how messy. When I do it the clean ones get boxed right away. then the not so bad one get "spot" wash with a damp towel, the really nasty ones go in a sink of water and get washed good.

I used tepid water and my hands . when They make it to the fridge. LOL I normally have them sitting on the counter for a month then out to the animals or DD but she has to wash them.

I already have one with one hand, crippled and dont listen. hahaaa I will find one that can hear but dont talk. about 40 yrs. old with a little grey at the temple and a 6 pack. Then I will sit and drink the 6 pack as I watch him work. hahaaaa

I met one of ol mares sons today. He was such a pleasant person and seemed very devoted to his mom. He would look at her and smile like she was the best thing in the world. I was very impressed.

It's nice to hear of children still being raised properly.

Although it might also be self-preservation on his part.
