thinking on hardware cloth. bend them into boxes . hand turn would involve opening the bator 3xs a day til lock down then put the lid on. Lot of work though and not sure I want all that.

or cut to the shape/ size you want and then stich it together with yarn or just for the top of the baskets to keep the chicks from playing bounce a basket.

dont you use turners ? Do you have problems with the babys getting in position at lock down ?
