Mom found another Asian lady in the waiting room... They are discussing how they learned English watching Sesame Street and captain kangaroo.. It's so cute. My mom makes best friends everywhere she goes.

I will tell you girls, there isnt anything like losing your mom. A child is the worst nightmare ever but when your mom is gone so is a big piece of yourself. It is so odd. this feeling. The one that has always been there for you. That helped you through your losses is not there to help you this time. My mom knew this and did her best to prepare me for what she knew was coming soon. She worried about me right up to her last breath. she would ask me, Are you going to be ok , will you stay here ? the payments here you can make, ect.... Thinking back on these things gives me some comfort. Knowing that, even in death I was on her mind. Thats what a mom is. Make sure you give yours a hug today.
