Talked to newfie. She's fine just had some chicks drown and some other things kinda had her down. She was sick with the flu for two weeks. Poor women can't catch a break. She said she'll be back soon. So glad to hear from her.

The Jack baby hatch has been set... Our district broke records for participation today at the caucus. Got as much Easter shopping done as I can, I am tuckered now... How is everyone.

Talked to newfie. She's fine just had some chicks drown and some other things kinda had her down. She was sick with the flu for two weeks. Poor women can't catch a break. She said she'll be back soon. So glad to hear from her.

went outside and had a sugar drop. still kinda woozy but wanted to tell all what I found. A solid white serama chick !!  That means a lot to me.   it hatched yesterday . hahaaa     I kept looking for her in the polish.

This morning I walked DH through the chick chores. Ragnar has started trying to escape, and he bows up like he's going to attack when I put my hand up at him.

Anyway, DH immediately starts telling me what a mess everything is, and how I need to combine the chicks in the two brooders and move the big ones out to the tractor and let the guineas out. So of course I was mad when I left. It's like I didn't have that big meltdown a couple of weeks ago when I told him I needed help.

He also said he was going to clean the house. It's only two days, but now I'm anxious about the "helping" he'll do while I'm gone.

Did I tell you guys what happened last night... Brandon broke the glass out of my new bator... spent the night making repairs. Its up and running now.. He felt so bad. He said I am so sorry mamma and started crying... I was ticked but what can you do... He stays away from it now.
