What kinda polish was that that was white white black outline on the feathers.?

I didn't realize it could be that severe.

Yes it can be, if I or my sister would have been in a automobile accident before it was fixed it would have severed the brain stem. I tried going to the chiropractor for the migraines & when he would crack my neck I would see stars & loose consciousness for a second. Then my hands & arms would fall asleep when it was time to go home. I didn't go long, we are very lucky that it didn't kill us when we had adjustments. This condition can not be seen on a normal xray or a reg MRI. They have to do a special thorasic MRI to diagnose it & to see how compromised your brain stem is.
