Maybe say your hen has nerve damage from injury due to fall. One sided is lateral damage. Sort of what you said- twisted neck and tail, limping.

Believe it or not I can't remember the password for this site. I do write all my passwords down. Then I forget where I put em. So I guess it doesn't help to write em down.
