he mowed the back for me today where the dogs go.

Camp, Have you found the boys expensive to care for ? I hear they get worms a lot .

So far so good. I've bought a bag of milk powder, and feed twice. And a bag of sweet feed for goats, but it's still half full.

I make sure they only eat from clean buckets, have fresh hay all the time, clean dry bedding, and fresh clean water. My farm friend up the road said if their poops gets the least bit soft, worm them.

I guess it's like chickens? Not too bad til there's a problem.

say Granny how early are the male pekin's supposed to be sexable maybe one of your's hasn't hit puberty yet

have no idea. was watching them today and one of them is taking its bill and nibbling on the chickens backs. Not in an aggressive way either.

I had 3 female ducks that would walk through the dust bathing area full of chickens and pinch each one enough to get them up..... Just walk through and pinch them..... Mean but hilarious...... :lau

Not related to yours, just reminded me of that story! :gig

That's important!! Most of our staff last summer were really scared of the baby chickens... Not nearly enough cuddles.
