Anyone know what kind they are ? what they may be worth anything. They looked just this old when I got them. I remember mom saying something about them being very old.

they are very old. the material is crumbly. all hand stitched. I showed the bathtub to see if anyone has an idea for that spot. I have a walk in shower next to it. I would use it if I could but I cant get in and out and no one else will use it. It is the only bathtub in the house though. It overlooks the neighbors big pond.

Shavings in the bottom, screen over top- instant brooder.

Load it with pillows and cushions- instant reading nook.

Fill the tub, add some plants- instant water garden.

That is very pretty. I thought brooder but I cant actually reach to clean it out. You can see all the dead lady bugs still over there around the white statue ?

Yeah, saw that. I think you could get much prettier plants than that pic. I'd love a water garden, even have a big stock tank. Just don't know where to put it.

Make a little garden? Peace lilies would grow well there. And anthuriums. They love humidity and indirect sunlight.

I wanted to do that with my claw foot yard tub. But I just imagine it full of cotton mouths all the time.

throw a couple goldfish in there ? No one ever goes in my bathroom though. I have the pond out front . was kind of thinking of a more usable space. Take the tub out. I would LOVE a walk in bathtub. No way thats happening. LOL My drawing table would suit me there or a wash place for the dogs. I dont know.

Drawing table sounds good. Little art studio... I was trying to think of things that wouldn't involve too much work.

Not that I plan on going any where but would it de-value the house not having a tub ?
