I have been saving 2 cans of beer ever since my nephew was up here in the fridge for the chickens .  I hope it dont go bad. Its been in the fridge all this time.  I am going to spill about half of it out, add some herbs in the can and shove it up that chicken butt.  Then into the oven as I dont want to BBQ.

Thank God I'm not a chicken lol. Beer does have an expiration date on it somewhere granny.

Pretty good. Culled one of our meat birds today. Little Cody learned a lot. Says he wants to do the next one. Now even his sister is talking about helping next time.

Why would anyone have a problem with someone asking questions? Are they crazy or something? Does that make sense to any of you? How else are we gonna learn if we don't ask questions? Isn't that one of the prime directives of BYC? Isn't this the Unites States?? Don't we have freedom of speech??? Aren't questions a form of speech????

My neighbor's daughters! Heather, Chrissy, and Missy (all born in the groovy 70s). Banti did say she usually named hers after food.

I have no idea. I think they have always been weird on that thread. Speaking of weird... MCC is afraid to return to BYC. Someone was tormenting her, and knew he was freaking her out. You know what her husband put her through. The guy on BYC was acting like her husband in one of his rages. Her husband happens to be in town too. She doesn't know what to do.

yes it is a hard lesson. Its honestly hard for me with any animal. I've gotten somewhat use to it from hunting. I know its hard on them. Though they have been hunting with me the last two years. That kinda helps I think. From the start I told the if the kill it, they have to clean and eat it. Ofcourse I showed them how . they've gotten pretty good at cleaning squirrels and helping with deer.

thats 13 chicks in that corner. Figured I would eliminate the middle man and just give them the cash.

LOL! I actually had an egg tree several years ago. Funny little thing. It died within a season.
Did the chicks ever get around to eating the money?

LOL I have seen those egg trees. there pretty cool looking. The chicks tried to.
