Thinking about keet hardiness: mine spent their first weeks in a cardboard box on the porch of a cabin under the care of summer staff persons who had NO IDEA what they were doing. It's amazing they all survived.
 
I have only read that info. I didnt experience it. you can put some work gloves on.
I was looking for a pic of my guinea sitting and cant find it .
 
Cool avatar, granny!  I think guinea look like the circus clowns of the fowl world.  


Oh man, they're totally dinosaurs. Today mine were in the road, and when they saw me pulling in the driveway they ran right beside me the whole way. One in front, then the other three. I pretty much felt like Chris Pratt in Jurassic World.
