I take Aleve. Only one every 12 hours, which isn't always enough. It's an NSAID (?) and you have to be careful what you mix it with.

Honestly I take a cocktail of pain meds, not every day. Ibuprofen for body aches/arthritis, Tylenol for headaches, Excedrine for migraines, or Aleve when I'm working.

I got very depressed about my feet last year. Bone degeneration was the diagnosis and when I asked what I needed to do next they say "take Aleve for pain." I gained even more weight because my feet hurt and there felt like no point in even trying.

But then we remember we're resilient, and that we never do what people tell us to do, and we keep going. :hugs

I find vitamins help. The placebo affect is incredible. Can you go to the ER to get the pills to buy you some time? It's not a long term solution, but it's a short term one maybe.

I don't know. But that's my only explanation for why the acupuncture worked so well. ;)
