suddenly Im not good candidate for surgery. I asked. surgeon just screwed up. Now no one will touch it.

1.5 tsp per gallon for five days is the severe dose if you're using powder. It's in Kathy's signature, too.

I talked to a lawyer . He said the same thing. I asked dr to refer me and they never did. I must of asked 10 times.
