Hi Kiki. Welcome to granny's and the wonderful world of chickens. Pretty sure that is an EE, due to the green legs. Looks like a female so far. Quick info about Easter Eggers, they are the hatchery version of an Ameraucana, but the Ameraucana breeders insist on calling them by a different name because the ones coming from the hatcheries are too far from the breed standard and they don't want anyone getting confused. But it's very confusing because the hatcheries still call them Ameraucanas (or Americanas). True bred ones have blue legs and feet, beards and muffs. pea combs, lay blue eggs, and come in 8 specific color varieties. I have both, and actually prefer the EE to the purebred ones. Better layers and not so flighty.
