It's tropical, so nothing really to compare it to. Along the lines of mango and guava. There's a whole world of fruit out there that we don't see in the typical grocery store. Lots of Asian things like loquat and lychee. They're not bad, just different.
I bought Tom some peaches today. they are small and hard as a rock. He put them in the fridge. they wont ripen like that will they ? I got myself some oranges.
Put the peaches in a brown bag on the counter. Fridge will make them mealy. Oranges are going in my fruit salad along with mango, fresh pineapple, and the papaya. Sugar rush!!

Tell us how you really feel.

Sorry Wishing
I just bought one for the first time the other day.. I was gagging watching my husband eat it. The smell was horrible.
I can't stand blue cheese or anything that smells like puke, just in case ya'll wanted to know. LOL\

That's too bad. Chickens do like their routines. I think stress can cause early molt. Did they stop laying too? Try giving them some things to distract them. Hanging a cabbage in the run works great because it gives them something good to peck at, but it moves, so they have to concentrate, which wears then out fast. small brains and all that...

Is this why there was a chocolate bar attached to the sink by the dirty dishes ?

Quote: My dad and I were hiking around in Kona on a hot day and stumbled across this massive mango tree which had dropped tons of fruit rotting on the ground. It was nauseating. Was a long time before I tried a mango after that. Papaya can be good, but has to be ripened perfectly, which is almost impossible to do with shipped ones. There isn't much that I won't try at least once. Been to way too many traditional Chinese banquets for family functions to be queasy about food. Want some duck? Mmmm.... yum... Who wants the head?
