Thought it might be easier for you to find over here.
Anyone have opinions or experiences on pine shavings for goat bedding? With all the flooding it's hard to find hay right now. Please quote or tag so I can find it later. Roxie's bag has doubled it's size in a week! She's finally looking heavy. I'm feeling her pencil ligaments, but it's hard for me to detect changes. They're still firm, but not rock hard, and they feel slightly curved or sunken? Or maybe that's all in my head. :barnie
Pine shavings are fine. I've never had much luck with the ligaments, they seem to come and go. I watch for the plug to discharge. :fl @campingshaws
Thanks Mike! :highfive:
Camping, do you think you will be able to video the birth or will that be too hard ?
If I catch it and have storage on my phone!
