My Serama eggs are much smaller than the Silkie's eggs and the bantam Cochin, though not by much. How big are the Polish eggs? Do you have a Silkie rooster?

[@=/u/162672/Sally-Sunshine]@Sally Sunshine[/@] I think I read that they could be bred as early as three months? We had a pygmy doeling that was 3 months and the boys were two months. We wethered them a few weeks later. It's good because now with nanny Roxie we don't have to worry about her getting bred right back. That happened to her last year, she dropped kids at Christmas and got bred in January. I'm going to let her have a year off this time.

By what method?  AI?  Conjugal visits?  Curious minds what to know.

To breed Roxie? Borrow a billy. ;)

That's seems easiest.

Calm down Red. She said a billy, not Billy.

I only have a serama roo and polish roo. then I have polish hens that lay med. to lg. whits pointed eggs and I have full serama hens and a couple serama/silkies hens. I can get pure polis, pure serama or a mix either way of the 2. the mixes that hatch are 3/4th serama or serama /polish or full polish.

I was falling asleep and heading to bed .another chick hatched and one is zipping so candled the others and 2 more eggs into lockdown. Then somone pm me saying they have some polish for sale. so now I am awake again. dont know for how long .
