Good afternoon. I don t know what s been going on since i have read only a few posts for the past month. Today we areeating green beans, tators & broccoli from the garden. My eyesight had gotten much worse in the last 2 months to the point i can t read text on my phone. Last 3 times i composed a post byc didn t post it. What s up with that?

On break for lunch . GS cooked fish and fries. I still have the front and one side to go. Getting a bit tired. excited about tomorrow too !

There is something wrong with my rooster.

He is young has been healthy . Now he is very lifeless head and wings down, eyes closed stays where I put him. No fuss at all about me picking him up. I have no idea except his comb is a little purple. breathing fine, eyes clear. None of the others acting funny. Its my sweedish/RIR . Very sad.

and that just made me realize I let mother /son mate and I have a chick by them . I dont do that. wasnt thinking or I would of tossed the egg. Its the one chick Flo hatched.

5am was when I woke up.    That would be fine if I had got to sleep by 10 or 11 instead of 1.

My 34 eggs are now on lockdown. Hope some of the maran eggs hatch. 5 & 1/2 week chicks are really growing. The polish tophats are getting big. Not a single egg from the old americauna hens. Gd is stoll looking everyday for a blue egg. I was snorkered. Had a BR hen die yesterday. She was only 1.5 years old.
